Prescription Eyeglasses Policy
We sell custom prescription eyeglasses that are manufactured according to a valid prescription provided by the customer.

Prescription Requirement
To ensure the highest level of optical precision, Eydology strictly complies with professional eyewear standards. By placing an order, you confirm that:
1. Professional Source: Your prescription was provided by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist.
2. Validity: Your prescription is current and has not expired (typically within 2 years of the exam date).
3. Data Integrity: You are responsible for the accurate entry of your prescription data, including the Pupillary Distance (PD).

How to Submit Your Prescription
Customers can submit their prescription by:

Uploading a copy of the prescription during checkout

Entering their prescription details manually

Sending the prescription to our customer support after placing an order

Prescription Verification Process
All prescriptions are reviewed and verified by our trained staff before lens production begins. If the prescription is incomplete, unclear, or invalid, we will contact the customer for clarification or a new valid prescription.

Order Processing and Shipping
Every lens is crafted in our partner labs and undergoes a Final Optical Inspection using digital lensometry to verify that the power, axis, and PD match your submitted prescription.Orders will not be processed or shipped without a valid and verified prescription. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order if the prescription does not meet the verification requirements.
